The general terms and conditions apply to all business relations between KC Fashionz and its customers. When ordering, you confirm that you have read and agree to the general terms and conditions. The mere consultation of our website is not binding and does not establish a legal relationship.

Delivery time​

Products which are in our stock will be processed immediately after receipt of the order by us. The ordered products will be delivered according to the agreement with the customer. Delays due to unavailability at suppliers or missing information from the customer do not result in any claims of the customer.

​Shipping

​Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package and shown accordingly in the order process.

​ Payment

​Payment for goods ordered from KC Fashionz is made in advance within the order.

​  Return Policy

​We allow exchanges only. We do not allow returns for refund. For items that are purchased online, exchanges are accepted within 3 days from delivery date as long as the item is in it's original packaging unused and undamaged. To initiate an exchange please contact us at contact.us@kcfashionz.com to obtain a return authorization. Shipping instructions will be included with your authorization be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 4 business days for exchange to be processed once we receive your item.
